Any particular reason my i5 cores are doing this?

Is this normal? I've seen it happen frequently.

For those that can't see it, Core 2 and Core 4 are operating at about half of Core 1 and Core 3.

Supposed to look like that. Remember, two of those cores are only virtual.

That's normal because Core 1 and Core 3 are physical Cores and Core 2 and Core 4 are Virtual Cores...
