Any Podcasts catcher alternative aside iTunes

Hey,

Now to OSX. Is there any Podcast catcher/client aside iTunes ? On iOS, I use Instacast and Downcast and they are awesome.

The main feature I miss with iTunes is that with these iOS client, you can configure to forward 30 secs instead of skipping to the next.
Using iPhone headset, a double-click will forward 30sec (to skip ads)...

Any way of either getting this with iTunes or another good software ?
