Any positive experience with FastMac?

    Are these people reputable? I ordered a battery for my Macbook Pro from them in July, which was supposed to ship at the end of july. Then the end of August. Then I recieved an email they would ship in the middle of September. I've still not recieved it, and they won't answer emails.
    Has anyone else had this problem? Are they still in business?

    Kind of late to be asking how reputable they are, ain't it? Here's the only comment about the company found at

    This was the second time that I had tried to order a Macbook Pro battery from this company, and did not recieve a response for over a week. I contacted customer service twice via weblink, three times via email, and called twice, only to reach an answering maching. The terrible customer service is not worth the hassle, I don't care how good their batteries are.

    Looks like you're screwed until they decide to send you a battery at their pleasure.

    Just for followup - I actually received my new battery today.
