Any premier people that still cant check the regular ATT order status?

ordered 6/15 at 5am est, got confirmation, charge is pending on my card. premier order status says processing and was updated 5/17. but i still cannot access the regular ATT order status page using both order number and wireless number. what gives?

anyone else in the same boat?
 
Same thing here. I think ATT is still having trouble or something. As long as my contract date changed i'm not worried at all.

how do you check if your contract date has changed? i just dialed *639* and it says the same "as a valued...we can offer and upgrade with a $18 fee"

Mine is still saying processing as well, and when i called AT&T yesterday I got the message stating that my order will be shipped shortly. I ordered at about 4:00AM CST 6/15 so I think i'm pretty set but the charge isn't pending in my bank anymore. I've read that different banks deal with pendings differently.

Anyone having the same experience?

I ordered on 6/15 at 2:43 pm EDT, satus is processing and my cc got charged yesterday night.

I can't access the regular AT&T status page only the business care site.

UPDATE:
just checked on the regular site and my order does come up now. It states 1 ordered, 1 backordered.

Same. The charge on my Bank of America is gone, but I was able to see my order status from my confirmation email that says "In progress." I ordered @ 9AM on the 15th.
 
same... ordered at 8:30AM EST.... still showing in progress but not on regular att site... was told that there are people manually entering the orders on the olam side... would be delivered anywhere between 24-28th

What number did you call ?
 
mine showed up in the regular att status. i put in my phone number and my shipping address since its going to work instead of my billing/home.

i have a checkmark under processing and under the regular site it shows up on the 17th.

i ordered around 9am on the 15th.

yeah put your phone number in, it shows up twice for me now even though status says back ordered i dont think thats anything to worry about

Called the number and got the same message this AM as well.
 
Two different departments, two different systems. Honestly, don't worry if you can't see it on AT&T's non premier site, it's irrelevant anyway.
 
1 order always on Attention now on processing 2nd order was processing then went to attention and still is on attention
 
Mine is now showing up on both sites, however, the regular ATT site shows an order date of 6/16 instead of 6/15. My order went through on 6/15 at 12:20pm pacific. Not worried though, Premier site is correct.
 
i still think that premier sends the orders to the main processing center, and in this case, it went in late..so we are all behind those who aren't premier
