Any program for swf file to put on youtube

I recorded something with Jing.Its a swf file only plays in quicktime.How do I convert it to something I can play on youtube.I tried I squint and that doesn't work. and I tried MPEG streamclip.Thanks

SWF file? iSquint does it for me. You must be doing something wrong. Try using QuickTime to change the format?
