Any programs to test hard drive speed?

I got a new hard drive that's suppose to be 7200 rpm but it feels a bit sluggish. Anyone have any recommendations on how to test and see if the hard drive is running slow or just my imagination?

I use HD Tach, HD Tune, Crystal Bench, and PCMark. Of course all of those require Windows.

Ditto, Quickbench and Zonebench have no rival on OS X ATM.
