Boxcar has a rather low rating so I was wondering if there were any alternatives?

    Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7E18 Safari/528.16)

I agree Boxcar works pretty well with Tweetie 2. But does anyone know if Tweetie will ever get push notifications built into its own app?? I feel silly having a separate app that has to do this....

From what I've seen posted before, when Twitter takes their real-time API out of beta, atebits will consider adding push notifications to Tweetie, but not until then.
