Sometimes, I think that posting can happen in waves of activity for some people. I was very active when I first joined for around a month or two, then participated somewhat for the following six to seven months even though I had been sent abroad for work purposes. At that stage, work circumstances changed again (I was working abroad, and was promoted to a much more demanding and time consuming position) and I more or less stopped posting for many more months.

The trophy would go to ffejbean. He registered on 5th of June 2000 (the day MR forums opened) and has made one post during his membership. Of course, that is when you exclude the members with zero posts.

I used to post a little more frequently a few years ago. Now mainly I just browse the site from time to time. I like the site and there's a lot of people from all different walks of life. Sometimes if I have a question, I like to put it to the people of MR and see what they have to say. Although, I think its been awhile since I've done that. Perhaps I ought to again, for the hell of it.

The WWW was still being developed in 1990. MR would have been a line-command forum.
