Any software to slow down songs to learn the guitar solos?

I tried importing an AAC file into GarageBand and slowing down the tempo, but it doesn't change the tempo of the song.

Any free software?

I'm currently using Transcribe! for OS X. 31 days free before you have to buy it for the ripoff price of $50. Works like a charm.
