Any solution to this problem with the Dock?

Hello everyone,

I have a base 13" mba from 2012 and until the moment it has worked flawessly. Normally I used it connected to an external monitor when I am at home. Today the dock looks like in the attached picture....I have tried to reboot it, with and without the external monitor and it is still like this

Any solution?

Did you do a complete shutdown or just a reboot? Try a full shutdown if you haven't already.

Funky! Looks like the cat got on the dock and knocked out icons.

Obviously a corruption of some sort. Do an hardware test see what is says. If other menus/screen OK most likely not hardware.

If software u may have to re-install OS.
