Any Students Use Facebook?

I've been on facebook since September. It's fun to be able to see what my friends from high school are doing now and it's a good way to stay in contact.

I've been on Facebook for quite a while...it's a fun way to keep track of friends, and it's SO much better than Myspace if only for the fact that the page layout is locked.

As for that one facebook group, I don't know why people from Chicago hate people who are in the suburbs, but say they're from Chicago. If someone asks me where I'm from, they're not going to know a suburb ..but they'll know "Chicago". I'm only 28 freaking miles away.

but when you're at school in illinois ... people know you're not from chicago ... and they know the major suburbs ... When i'm on a coast, I'm from chicago ... when I'm in a neighboring state I say my hometown or suburb and direction ...

This is true. And I tend to tell locals from whatever town I'm from. Anywhere else, and it's Chicago

Theres so many schools on now, I still think it's way bigger in the States than here in Canada, all my cousins in the States say it's like a fad almost at some of their colleges.

Facebook was as addicting as Myspace. Last time I used it, I visited my old roommates, went to some parties and got drunk and the next morning, I had 12 new friend requests.

i know this is really, really late, but facebook's merged all the different networks together to make one big facebook for hs+college+work+regional area. it's so clean compared to myspace..

out of all the social networking sites I prefer facebook. It doesn't allow customization of profiles so you don't have to deal with a million pictures, ugly designs, and bad music on profile after profile. Facebook can be fun, but it gets old fast.
