Any success getting bootcamp installed on a 2018 MacBook Pro?

I keep getting the following error, "Can't install the software because it is not currently available from the Software Update Server."

Same issue here.. a bit upsetting.

Why does Apple release hardware when they haven't released the proper software for it?

This is typical. It is why I wait a while, Apple needs time to get boot camp up to speed.
