Less than 7 inches or even 6 inches. Doubtful possible or even exist anymore. 🙁

Wi-fi type tablet like this is all I need.

If you want a new tablet with decent specs the ONN brand from walmart are actually not bad. They have a 7, 8 11 and 13 inch model and for the money you can do much worse.
