iPhone Any tap to unlock alternatives to TapUnlock?

I'm looking for an alternative because the "TapUnlock" (the only iOS 6.x and iPhone 5 compatible tap-to-unlock program) doesn't look good. It's a big bulky windows-esque button, would love to have just a little circle or something discreet.

Anyone have any suggestions?

If it had an option for single tap unlock that'd be cool! It doesn't.
