Any thing like Andriod Tasker in IOS?

In Andriod we have tasker widgets, where you can create your own widgets, do we have any thing like that in IOS?
 
Haven't really looked into Tasker, but there are some some apps like Launcher or Workflow that allow for custom shortcuts/widgets.
