I’m now the proud owner of an iPad Pro 10.5 and I’m very impressed by how much better the Apple Pencil performs with it then my older 9.7.

But my handwriting is awful as I slide the Pencil all over the place. I have very neat writing with a Biro and paper.

Any tips to improve my neatness?

There are matte screen protectors that add friction and give a more paper-like feel.

I’m really curious about those, however I recently bought a tempered protector and I guess I won’t be changing it anytime soon... for now I kinda like the lack of friction

I had the same experience when I originally bought my IPP, tried some matte screen protectors as well as the ”paperlike”. At the end of the day, practice makes perfect, the screen protectors will not help you.
