Any tips on replacing keys?

I need to replace the spacebar key on my vintage 2007 MBP model A1226.

If you have any tips on removing the key, I would most certainly appreciate your help. Thank You.

iFixit has instructions on replacing the whole keyboard. Maybe that will help, or maybe that is easier than replacing an individual key... ? They also sell replacement keyboards for $99.
