Any link on how to install ios 10 GM?

I HAVE the ios 10 GM IPSW, i have itunes, i have pc. I tried restoring, gave me an error and now redownloading 9.3.5 to restore phone. Help please.

I also have a iOS_10_beta_Configuration_Profile

Right now there's no way to install the IPSW in Windows. You'd need to use a Mac with the latest (beta/gm) version of Xcode, or use the configuration profile on your device.

Okay after wasting my whole evening to install and troubleshoot my iPhone. There is a simple way to do it. Download a iOS_10_beta_Configuration_Profile. Put it on your phone, restart and voila, you will get iOS 10.
