Any tweaks like gridlock or anchor for 11.3.1?

One thing I HATE is the auto auto-arrange of icons on the springboard. Is there a working tweak for 11.3.1 that allows blanks/spaces between icon on the springboard? I doubt Gridlock or Anchor will ever be updated.

Gridlock died with iOS 7. That's the reason Anchor exists. I hear they are working on Anchor for iOS 11, but I haven't seen anything yet.

There's Boxy 3 I think, but it's more of a homescreen designer.

Anchor::raw is being worked on by a dev but no release date has been given.
