Any update for Gridlock or badge killer yet?
Not sure about badge killer but Gridlock 2 has been updated for iOS 7 (version 2.0.5 i believe). I am currently running it on my 5s.

Not going to lie, I was a bit annoyed to have to pay another $1.99 to upgrade from 1.0 to 2.0 ... and it doesn't even work right, icons aren't just easily dropped, it's evident the process it uses is still half-baked, but I guess it's better than nothing... right? Maybe? LOL
I hope the badge killer is updated soon.
CCSettings has a badge killer toggle. He just added it a couple of days ago with a background killer. I was able to remove Killbackground7 once that was added. One less tweak I need to mess with.
You have to have CCSettings installed. Go to Settings icon and you will find CCSettings on the left hand side and you can arrange your toggle in the order you use the most. The toggle you are looking for is ClearBadge. Swipe from Bottom up to bring the bottom setting menu and you will see the toggles (the 1st 5 will show but all you do to see the rest is swipe moving to the left). The ClearBadge icon is a square with a tiny circle on the top right that looks like it has a 1 inside of it.
Are you using any other icon tweaks along with gridlock? I ask because on my 5s I don't seem to be experiencing the problem with moving icons that you are. I do however notice the problem on my iPad. It is also running Homescreen designer though.
