ANY USB Bluetooth 4.0 support Mac Pro with 10.11 ?

Kind of crazy that a plain USB BT 4.0 dongle doesn't just work. The description of the hardware procedure to hack the BT mPCI card made my eyes water.
 
I think there are few USB 4.0 dongle just plug and play. The taobao link in that thread shows one of them (the one with green light on).
