So I just got my Air and love the damn thing. Everything about it is so pretty! Even the box is so nice, I can't part with it! Anyone have any suggestions for this great looking box that would otherwise sit in my crawlspace?

Form a cult and make it your god. Worship it every night before going to bed. And a nice sacrifice from time to time of course. 😀😀
Seriously, just put all documents in it, store it in the crawlspace and you know where everything is when you should need it sometime. (Install DVD's for example.)
And if you're feeling lonely sometime, just stare at it for some time 😛

Complete-In-Box is worth more for us collectors. Find a space for it, if not, sell it, as someone who gets an "old" MBA years from now may find just the computer, but not the box.
On eBay years back, someone was selling a Mac LC (normally worth about $40) had one complete in box and it went for $800... 😱

Get a shelf and put all your Apple related boxes on it (or at least a corner or something). Here is what I did with my boxes, just put them right next to my desk:
