I'm wanting to add some notes to photos taken on my iPhone with iOS 10.3.3. Not overlaying the picture itself with text. Is this possible? I have a sneaking suspicion it's not.

I thought as much. It seems like an obvious and simple request to me.
Failing that does anybody know another way to accomplish a similar effect? I'm not enamoured with the idea of using Notes. Perhaps a good third party app?
