Any way to change Proxies?

I am trying to set my Apple TV up in my classroom... However, as of yet, I have not been able to find a way to set up my proxies... Any help would be awesome..
 
apples support page says you can not change proxies... So, if anyone else has been wondering... no dice...

that sucks..
