iPad Any way to downgrade my iPad2 back to iOS 7?

Foolishly upgraded my iPad2 to iOS 8. My iPad2 has been a slug ever since. Is there a way to roll back to iOS 7, so that I can enjoy using my iPad2 again?

Ouch, I wouldnt have even gone to 7 on the iPad 2. Though I heard 8.1.1's main purpose is to improve performance on the iPad 2. Maybe wait for that?

As far as I know, downgrading isnt possible.

there was a particular scenario where if you had 4.3.x blobs saved you could downgrade an iPad 2.

Doubt it works on ios 7 or 8, since redsn0w does not work on 7 or 8.

Not possible to downgrade to iOS7

But, if you saved SHSH for iOS4 and iOS5, that iPad2 trick should still work to go back to iOS5 via iOS4
