iPhone Any way to downgrade to 6.1.2?

Hey all,

So I had to get a replacement phone which surprisingly shipped with 6.1.3.

Has anyone worked out a way to restore to 6.1.2 so I can jailbreak?

There is no way to downgrade an iPhone 4S or 5 or any iDevice without that device's SHSH blobs for the target firmware.
