Any way to fix 3GS missing MMS with jailbreak?

is there any way i can fix the missing MMS option in the settings through jailbreaking my phone to make my phone work properly?
 
- Install clean copy of OS4
- Jailbreak w/redsn0w 0.9.5b5-3
- Jailbreak w/redsn0w 0.9.5b5-4 (But deselect Cydia)

Should fix the problem
