Any way to get a Turkish translation for Leopard?

I want to get a Macbook for my grandmother who only speaks Turkish. Are there Turkish (or other language) translations for Leopard? Is there a third party program that can translate your Leopard interface into different languages?

So far, I've done research and the answer seems to be NO. How does Apple expect to mount a serious challenge to MS and speak only English?

To be fair, OS X 10.5 supports 18 languages, according to Wikipedia. Just not Turkish.

Have you contacted some Apple suppliers in Turkey? If so, what did they say?
