Any way to get Airdrop working on 2019 iMac with dead wifi with a usb wifi adapter?

My 2019 iMac's Wifi does not work which in turn breaks airdrop. Is there a USB wifi dongle I can use to reactivate it? Bluetooth is still working so that's okay.
