I've looked for it several times in Installous but I can't find it the only one I see is camera plus which is a cheap wanna be app. I been fallowing the dev hoping for news. But the dev hasn't even said a word about it being pulled. Ticks mr off bad I've tried all I can to get the app. Here is the debs site

Apple approves an app, then notices that it lets users use the volume controls for something other than volume controls, so pulls it. Users really want that functionality, but can't get it because Apple refuses to allow it. That version of the software is no longer available, nor will it ever be available. Simply put, there's no other way to get it, ever. So the only way to get it and get the functionality, is to "pirate" the app.
Tell me, what does that have to do with stealing the Pope's hat?

forget the pope's hat, make it the GM EV1, same term apply "Users really want that functionality, but can't get it because GM refuses to allow it. That version of the CAR is no longer available, nor will it ever be available. --> that's not reason to go steal one that may be still be around.
Analogy's comparing duplications of software to physical products is different...
Heck, the creator of the app would expect it to be on Cydia for free after knowingly putting an easter egg in which would result in his app being pulled.

Bought this before it got pulled but the button has never worked for me. Installed SnapTap as suggested and this works well with the iphone's camera app but crashes Camera+ as soon as the snap is taken, and consequently doesn't save it..
Anyone have any idea what's going down here?

That's what I use too. It was just updated for full iPhone 4 compatibility a few days ago. It worked before that but now it's official.
A nice feature is being able to having the camera's shutter sound turned off but the ringer on your phone on. It's in the SnapTap settings. I don't mind real camera sounds at all but the fake ones bother me.
How do you know it will never be available? Do you work in the iPhone engineering team? Many apps that were pulled out of the store returned when Apple made the API public. Apps were removed for explicit content and later returned when Apple had a rating system in place.
Camera+ crew knew this will happen. Don't try to "slip stuff" behind the back of the review team. Don't blame Apple.
I have the app and unlocked the easter egg. Pretty cool little "glitch" and not sure why Apple is so against this sort of thing
Being such a simple and effective idea they're probably just pissed they didn't implement it themselves.
still have no luck getting it driving me crazy. I would have bought the app without the Easter egg, but it does make it that much better. since I can't seem to get it. I hope it's back in the store soon. those that got it your lucky. It was pulled about the time I got my I4.

Well, it's more convenient pressing a button than touching the screen, especially if you are taking a shot of yourself and others.
I've for now dl it off installs version 1.1 works with my iPhone 4.01 all the other open then crashed
where are you guys finding it I looking all over for it. I have found 1.2.1 but it crashes every time. some are saying that version isn't crackable but 1.2 is fine till hopefully it's back in the app store sooner then latter.
