I'd like to get a copy of Netshare for the iPhone. I understand that it still works on 2.0.1 but it's been unavailable at the App Store for a while.

Is there any way to get a copy and get it to work on my phone?

sure. first you need a time machine.

Yep, or you could phone up Steve Jobs and ask REALLY nicely if he could put it up for a 3rd time.

I learned my lesson of snoozing and losing after the first time they took it down and bought it RIGHT when it went up again.

Fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again

first, you need to jailbreak your iPhone, although 2.0.1 jailbreak isn't out just yet afait
then, you need to hack it to run apps originally for other iPhones
then, get a hacked version of netshare from somewhere
then, SSH it onto the device
done

sound easy? :p

wouldn't all it take is 1 person upload the app to bit torrent or somthing then drag it into the right folder on the iphone
sure as long as that person is willing to post there iTunes store acct. info

Little thing called DRM, Apple uses it on all the App Store Apps to keep a leash on them.
which means you have to auth to use it. Suspect Apple will wonder why one app is aut'd 5k times:eek:
