Any way to make a location based shortcut?

I used location based notifications all the time like “remind me to check the locks when I get to work.” Siri know where I work and the reminder will pop up when I arrive.

So why can’t I make a location based shortcut to 'turn off WiFi' when I get to work and turn it back on when I leave without any interaction required by the user?

The Workflow app never did it so it’s not really surprising that this can’t. It’s not something that was ever claimed or advertised.

Would be cool if they did it, no doubt.
