Tap on the share sheet icon
Choose Save Image

As far as I know, there is no such option.

While it may not be the solution you are looking for you can do this on your Mac if you use.

Open each message. Tap top right circle I. Scroll down, hold tap (not force touch) until "More" shows up. Then circles will show up and you can select all of them tapping and "save images" is bottom left.

I haven't found a quicker way than this.
