Any way to normalize volume between apps on ATV4K?

Netfilx, Hulu, HBO, ESPN, YouTube, etc. etc. They all have different volume levels, +/- 20db.

Ideas on why this is the case? Any way to fix it?

Unfortunately, there is no universal volume control on tvOS.

"Reduce Loud Sounds" may help to some degree.
