Any way to restore all Jailbroken stuff?

I remember an option along the lines of "Make my life easier" when I used jailbreakme.com with 4.0.1 in Cydia. How do I follow through with this?

option only works when Apple is still signing the firmware at this time Apple is only signing 4.1 you can no longer save 4.0.1 shsh blobs

What if I saved my 4.0.1 shsh blobs? (I'm not even sure what this means, but I did it through Cydia when I first jailbroke...)
