iPhone Any way to stop Cydia apps opening up the App store?

Hi all,
about 50-75% of the time i'm in Cydia, there's usually an Ad for an App Store game. Often, while I'm looking at the details on a tweak/app, I suddenly have the App Store open up, taking me to the download page of the advertised game, without even touching the Cydia ad... It's quite annoying. Is there anyway to stop apps (like Cydia) automatically launching other apps (like the App Store.)

store alert works fine too (may need to add hbang.ws repo)

you'll get an alert prompting you if you want to open the appstore or not
