Any way to turn off constant reminders to upgrade to Big Sur?

Hi

I can’t upgrade to Big Sur until work releases an upgraded Cisco AnyConnect for Mac. I work for the government and they are SLOW to release a new version. The current version we are permitted to use is not compatible with Big Sir.

Apple’s daily upgrade prompts are annoying. Is there any way to permanently turn them off?
