I'm still having a hard time not having my Late 2013 pre-force touch 15" to pound the heck out of and I feel like firming up the click would go a long way. The increased click strength of the "force click" action is exactly what I wish the regular click was in terms of response, but I've already got the trackpad set to the firmest setting. Has anyone been able to come up with a tweak for this or has the trackpad not been delved into at this point in the feature's life?

Thanks guys.

It will be a direct limit based on the haptic feedback engine you won't be able to tweak it past its abilities.

This sounds silly but I really got used to force touch on my mid-2015. Eventually, I went from wanting a firmer click to the medium setting.

On the new MacBook I'm using the softest setting and wish it could go softer.
