Any way to update addresses with Apple Store Down?

Is there any way to edit billing info or shipping with the store down?

I don't know of a way. Maybe try going to Apple's account settings website ,if they have one? Not 100% sure.

Go to App Store on iPad or iPhone. Click on your id, view Id, change from there

To update the billing address, you can do it from your account settings in the iTunes/App Store. I can confirm that it will also update the billing address in the Apple Store. To update the shipping address, go to the Apple ID site, which will update it in the Apple Store.
