Any way to use all the extra keys on Microsoft keyboard on mac

Had to buy a new keyboard as my apple keyboard stopped typing z and I worry other letters might follow.

went to buy a keyboard and had the choice of a €35 black hp keyboard or a nice space grey Microsoft for €65. Of course.
There’s tons of extra keys on it thst do nothing on a mac. Any way to reprogram them ?

ControllerMate from www.orderedbytes.com might work. It hasn't been updated since Mojave though. I use it with Catalina. It should show all the extra keys and you can assign scripts to them. I'm not sure what features are not working.

There are alternatives but I haven't tried any of them and I don't know if they have Catalina or Big Sur support.
