Is there any way to view the macrumors.com statistics on usage?

Obviously the site has been overloaded the last few days with all the important news. I'm wondering if it's possible for end-users to view the raw data on how many times the site has been accessed, how many new threads have been created and responded to, etc. Purely for curiosities sake.

Nah there isn't... Apart from down the bottom of the 'forums' page you can see how many MR peeps are logged in and how many guests are visiting the site.

I read 6 million over the past 6 months.

The correct interpretation is

- Over ~1.1 million people on Oct 4th
- Over 6 million page views on Oct 4th

and

- ~83 million page views over the last 30 days.

I thought you were talking about the average, which according to the picture in rdowns post, is about .6 million.

.6 million is avg unique people per day. Page views is a different metric (one person may view more than one page)
