Any wireless syncing alternatives to Wi-Fi Sync?

I wanna get Wi-Fi Sync, but it says it's only compatible with like 4.0-4.1 I believe (and I'm on 4.2.1), and I don't wanna risk $10 on an app that won't work for me. So are there any other alternatives anybody knows of that allow me to wirelessly sync that are 4.2.1 compatible? I've looked into it, and it seems like there's none :/

I m on 4.2.1 iPhone 4. Wifi sync works fine.
