Any word on iTunes HD music videos?

The music videos look terrible on iPhone 4's retina display. Does anyone know if there are plans to make music videos HD soon? And will they all be HD, or will there be 2 tiers of videos with HD possibly costing more?
 
I've been waiting for them for years for my Apple Tv so I can have a video jukebox in my living room
