Hi guys.

I am managing a Youtube account and 3 other people have access, I am not the owner, I am a supervisor.

One of the administrators have been doing a horrible job and we used to get a lot of bad comments in the comment section. We are having a meeting next month with the actual owner of the channel BUT I am having the impression this person started to delete the bad comments as an administrator.

Is there a way to check on that? a log or something within the Youtube channel?

Thank you.

AFAIK, the answer to questions is no. And, all of the Google User Forums I've read led to a "no"...

OTOH, I have been able to view a past, cached state of a YT video, with older comments, by using Google or Bing (or both, and I'm not a Yahoo fan/user but that search engine could offer an option as well) to search for the specific video and click on the "Cached" option in the link pulldown menu. I've dug up older, cached data on YT this way several times.

Thank you. We are digging in to that.
The person is messing up the channel with half way done videos, people are complaining, literally haters. And the person is deleting the comments.

If one of the admin is continuing to do sub-par work, and you have an issue with other behavior, can you not insist to someone who has control to remove this person as an administrator, at least temporarily?

Nope... here the things...

We have a client who is a TV station. There is this chief of the department and the manager. We are producing content for them. We are charging some $500K a year for the service and we are their advisors too. Our interest is for the channel to make money so we become a good investment. The channel has produced some $100K this year.

Now... the manager on their side is doing a disaster and is the person deleting the comments. The channel could have made easy 1 million dollars this year. But what we see is that the manager do not want us to take over the entire project so is making us looks bad.

We are realizing that and the chief of their department is not aware of what the manager is doing. We had a meeting 2 months ago with the manager only and we took screenshots of the bad comments. We are having a meeting next months and it seems the manager is deleting the bad comments already.

So, I am looking for a log to see what have been done IF my theory is real.
