Anybody else having cookie problems with Safari 5?

In Safari 4, the cookies that registered logins for Blogger were persistent between browser instances, and could be refreshed by re-logging-in to your Google account. In Safari 5, they disappear between browser instances, forcing you to log in to comment every time you restart your browser, and logging in to Google again doesn't refresh them; you must explicitly login with Blogger.

No comment from Apple, but the best thing you can do is submit a bug report.

How does somebody who isn't a registered developer do that (and browse the existing bug reports so I don't report a duplicate)?
