Anybody else seeing a mysterious iTunes credit?

While checking the credit card charge for my new iPhone I saw that there was an $8.91 credit from iTunes.
Anybody else seeing this?
It showed up on 9/14.
I've no idea what this would be because I have never bought any music or videos from iTunes and my app purchases are almost always in the $1-$2 range.
Could it be related to the free U2 album?

Did you get a email recently regarding a credit for icloud storage? Because of the change in the storage levels and pricing most people were upgraded and provided refunds because of the better pricing model.

I was unsure how they were going to refund this. I only had $2.34 and thought maybe it would be put as a credit on my itunes account but just checked and they credited my credit card as well.
