Anybody getting a weird grayscale bar screen when using Safari 4?

Just installed 10.6 and other than my MX Revolution Mouse going bizerk, I'm finding that when I click on a site in my "Top Sites" section of the browser, it shows a screen with vertical grayscale bars just before accessing the actual webpage. Anybody else seeing this?
