Just curious. I'm really interested in the home screen notifications as I previously loved Intelliscreen and lockinfo.

I have found myself only really using one tweak (Activator), but I don't want to give up the option of having a jailbreak. I'll probably just try out iOS10 on my work phone as I can't jailbreak it anyway.

Of course, we might get some smart 10 year-old Chinese kid who can find an iOS10 exploit, rendering my post null :)

Have you tried the new tweak Personal Assistant? Considering you liked the two you mentioned. As for your question.... I have a second device that I'm running 10 on. Knowing how 10 is, it's made it easier for me to think about losing my JB on accident..... But give it up? Never

Thanks for the recommendation, I'll try it out!

I'll be getting an iPhone 7 in about 6 months, so in that regard I'll be giving up my jailbreak (assuming iOS 10 is not jailbroken).

Actually, as I think about it as I type, I will most likely restore my jailbroken iPhone 6 to stock about a month before that so I can check out iOS 10 ahead of my device upgrade.

No problem. I think you'll like it..... I didn't like the way it handled replying to notifications. Hopefully things have changed since then. Let me know what you think.

I just installed Facedown (or was it Faceoff?) along with Personal Assistant. It's a great combo! I tend to agree with you, I don't like the way it handles interacting with the notifications...it just lets you open the app. I do like lifting the iPhone though and seeing my events, emails and messages staring at me, waiting for me to respond, and not going away until I do so. That's the thing I don't like about Apple's notifications, once you unlock the phone, lock screen notifications are gone. I'm sticking with it, but I'm slightly concerned about battery drain. Thanks again!

This is a good point, as I too have been considering an iPhone 7 upgrade (although I don't want to upgrade via AT&T's Next plan and hate the thought of throwing down for an unsubsidized phone). I just saw that the iPhone 6 won't support aspects of the new Notification Center like Raise to Wake, which is the feature that interests me the most.

I'm the same, I will be getting an iphone 7 on release date but I'm fairly sure I'll be only using it for a while if there is no jailbreak. I got a 6s but after 6th replacement(the first 5 were in the first weeks after launch) it was on an iOS that couldn't be jailbroken so I sold it because I wasn't using it. I'm more than happy with my iPhone 6 jailbroken on iOS 8.4, the only problem with it is that it is silver and I would prefer to have a grey one.

If we do get iOS 10 jailbroken then I will use the iphone 7 and keep the my iPhone 6 as a back up.

Not to bust your bubble, but a lot of these guys just post "proof of concept" videos and never release their jailbreaks. Guess there's hope at least.

Never had a bubble. I was just letting our readers know that at least it's possible. All that's needed now is for some to package it in a fool proof tool.

A jailbreak for iOS 9.3.2 and 9.3.3 is almost certain, it's more of a matter of "when" than a matter of "if".
Now iOS 10 is a whole new deal, but I'm certain jailbreakers will find a way. I remember when people were giving up when the iPhone 5S and its 64-bit kernel came out but it still got jailbroken anyway.

Also bear in mind jailbreaking is heavily sponsored by the Chinese street vendors and hackers that you wouldn't believe but they are a strong economical and political power back there in China.

I wouldn't give it up.

I'm not jailbroken because the phone I have came with a version that couldn't be jailbroken.

I'm on iOS 10 and it's nice, but I wouldn't lose my jailbreak for it.

Nope I still have a jailbroken 6s on 9.0.2

However, my other 6S was on 9.2 waiting for a jailbreak to be released, but I installed the beta on it.

I don't use jailbreak from the very beginning, and even upgraded a jailbroken iOS 5 to iOS 7 at that time, which effectively removed its jailbreak. However, I also look forward to a good time and try out a jailbreak on my device when possible. iOS cannot meet everyone's need anyway.

Ill be giving up my Iphone 6 plus in about 2 months for a Note 7. I have had the 6 plus since launch and just can't take it anymore. There is so much more you can do on android and my Daughter's old s4 is faster on the sprint network then my Iphone. You can't force stop apps and many games lose sound if someone calls you and the big issue of having it as a hotspot but only if you're not on a call. If you make a phone call there goes the family off since no NFC.

Ive had both android and ios now and and i just do not see what you all see in it.

Thanks for the good times when there was a jailbreak around but this is the end for me with ios which has as many flaws if not more then android.

Oh and no reset on the phone. You have to turn it off and wait then restart it again which is annoying.

My opinion on IOS10 vs 9.3.2 on Iphone 6.

I reverted back to ios 9.3.2 in about a day as the performance was very clunky. Most of the UI optimizations weren't smooth. The biggest downer for me was the lack of pptp which I use consistently for whatsapp calling which is blocked in the region I live. Openvpn has voice quality issues. The issue with openvpn persisted in ios10 as well. the voice was choppy with openvpn. For now, I'm good with 9.3.2. Wouldn't go with iOS 10 even without the jailbreak.

Haha, you people are still waiting for jailbreaks. Apple now pays big sums of money to whomever finds an exploit.

What people, I would say most of the people on this part of the forum(regularly) are already jailbroken. I'm happy on 8.4
