I carry my iPad air in a Ristretto. a very good bag, not too large, not too small,

Nope, but I have a very similar bag from Hex, a convoy cross body. It's great for carrying my mini 2, a book, my glasses case, pens, a water bottle, toothbrush and toothpaste and with space to spare.
