iPhone 11 Pro Anybody having issues deleting burst photos?

If I try to delete a burst photo nothing happens, photo remains.
If I go in, try to favorite 1 photo out of the burst and delete the others, it crashes out of the Photos app.

iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 13.1.2

Mine works perfect. you go in to burst photos and hit select/pick your photo/hit done/then select keep only one image--Done!
